Bioclimatic Architecture

Bioclimatic or energy efficient buildings, are not just the result of applying special technologies, but the using of a logical thought directed to the adequacy and positive use of environmental conditions and resources, and maintained during the building process, without losing any other requirements: constructive, functional, aesthetic, etc.., that are present in any good architecture.

(Margarita de Luxán, 1997)

What does CC60 provide?

  • We analize the specific site conditions: climatic characteristics, topography, geology, urban conditions, so that the proposed design will make the best use of them.
  • We think that building design, apart from achieving other functional requirements, is the key to obtain energy savings and to reduce its environmental impact.
  • We study the most efficient available systems for heating, cooling, and ventilation, as well as the use of renewable energies sources.
  • Throughout the design and construction process, our aim is to give the customer the information of that will enable an efficient management in the use of the building.
